About us
HANDS HQ is the UK market leader for creating health and safety documents. Over the last 6 years we have grown organically to more than 1,500 clients and 7 figures in revenue. We don’t see anyone in our space that is as focused as we are and whilst we’re proud of what we’ve achieved we see no limits to our growth. Our office is based in a friendly WeWork space in the vibrant Shoreditch area with great surroundings.  

The role
You’ll be engaging small to medium-sized businesses where you’ll generate interest in HANDS HQ. You’ll strive to close those prospects that are a fit and will be benefiting from using our solution.

This is a 'full-cycle' sales role where you’d be in charge of building your own pipeline and closing deals (earning a 22%-25% sales commission on the full-year value of the deal). In addition to generating your own pipeline we do distribute inbound leads and help with lead-generating activities such as trade-shows (which work very well for us). 


We use all means of engagement like email, social, meetings, and events, but we have seen phone calls to be vital for the success of this role. You need to be comfortable in making cold-calls to achieve your goals and you should get a kick out of winning, not just as an individual, but also as a team. 

We have a strong sales message and know how to engage and qualify our prospects. You’re free to tailor your own approach, but we provide you with a proven framework that you can build on. We provide you with all the foundations to be successful so that you can earn what you’re really worth. We don’t cap commissions.

Our offer


£28k - £40k depending on experience + uncapped commission + 25 days holiday.
